Business Development Associates
Rodgers Security Solutions (RSS) is building an applicant pool for a Business Development Associate to support our field sales activities to drive key performance indicators and sales results. In this role, qualified candidates will assist our Sales and Business Development Managers with many of the components of their job functions, including telemarketing support, proposal writing, creating presentations, and other developmental and sales administrative support.
Applicants can work part-time hours.
Requirements

* Prefer at least two (2) years of inside (or outside) sales or marketing experience, preferably with a service product

* Demonstrated ability to utilize CRM software to drive sales successfully
* Demonstrated problem-solving, confidence, and decision-making ability to manage shifting priorities, demands, and timeliness using analytical capabilities
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows-based computers, and peripheral equipment
* Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, clients, and the general public
* Must meet deadlines, work independently, and take initiative.
* Must be able to follow through with requests and details.
* Professional and well-groomed
* Bilingual/Multilingual a plus
Responsibilities
* Conduct cold calls to qualify leads and establish in-person appointments.
* Build rapport with contacts, turning “cold” leads into “warm” and receptive prospects.
* Curate our database/CRM by maintaining accurate records and updated contact information
* Develop and nurture relationships with prospects in our database to help secure appointments with them for our Business Development Managers
* Support our sales team by creating compelling, high-quality, client-focused proposals, slide deck presentations, and reports.
* Use your exceptional writing skills to answer questions to Requests For Proposals (RFPs) confidently
* Assist with developing contracts for new clients
* As requested, attend and participate in meetings with our prospects and/or clients.
* Assist Sales Managers with the completion of pricing models
* Seek out ways to improve our prospect and client experience
* Attend and positively contribute to our team meetings, bringing solutions, creativity, and innovation.
* Build community relationships, attend events, and actively participate in various sales and security industry associations.
* Actively use our social media platforms to engage users to help build interest in our company.

Field Support Coordinators
Would you like to assist our managers in preparing for client intake, site evaluations and walk-throughs, job fairs, sporting events, music festivals, and other events? Would you like to assist with security guard briefings, provide our guards with administrative support (serving as a liaison), and help them prep for upcoming events and assignments (ensuring they have proper gear, etc.)? As a company representative, would you like to attend conferences, luncheons, and other meetings?

– Build rapport with our security guards as you will be supporting their efforts in the field
– Curate our database by maintaining accurate records and updated contact information
– As requested, attend and participate in meetings with our prospects and/or clients.
– Assist with the distribution and collection of guards’ uniforms and onboarding materials in your assigned territories
– Attend conferences, networking events, job/career fairs, and assigned special events to support our team at concerts, sporting events, etc.
– At assigned events, you will take photos and videos of our team and the venues
– Seek out ways to improve our prospect and client experience
– Attend and positively contribute to our team meetings, bringing solutions, creativity, and innovation.
– Attend security guard briefing meetings to ensure directives are thoroughly communicated and understood.
– Build community relationships, attend events, and be actively involved in various security industry associations.
– Serve as a point of contact for guards assigned in your territory for special events or other accounts.
– Actively use our social media platforms to engage users to help build interest in our company.
– Prepare recruitment packets for career fairs and events
– Prepare prospect packets to assist our sales and business development teams with securing new client accounts
