We’re proud of our growing team and the skills and experiences that they bring to our organization. We have some team members who are new to the field and industry and some who have several years under their belt. The majority have at least 12 years of experience. Our security managers have over 50 years of combined experience. We pride ourselves on our willingness to learn, grow, and apply best practices in the field, delivering excellence, especially when it matters most.

What We’re Looking For in Team Members

We hire people who are personable and enjoyable to be around; individuals who are flexible,  adaptable, and understand that change requires it; they have a keen sense for detail, consistent follow-through, strong customer service skills, work well with others, and can work independently, they are organized and can follow instructions, and they are trainable, coachable, and are willing to help coach and train others. They show up on time and are ready to serve our clients with safety and security as their top priority — theirs and yours. 

We also need good communicators, especially when managing crowds or crises. We prefer no excuses people who are focused on getting it done and done right, and they learn from mistakes, taking responsibility for any oversight and errors on their part. We need people who can ask for and accept feedback as easily as they can give it, understanding that as we learn, we teach, and we only get better when we’re open to constructive feedback and we apply the lessons learned. 

There are enough things to stress you out in the world, even in the most intense work assignments; we want you to be able to leave those stressors out so you can focus on the strengths and skills you need to deliver the exceptional results you promise. Your situational awareness is compromised if you’re distracted by the nuances of life outside of the work site. You’re not your best when you’re distracted. That’s also why we need people with a good (or at least decent) sense of humor. It helps manage the complexities of the job and the industry and better appreciate your role within both.
