Uniformed Security Personnel

RSS deploys part-time, full-time, seasonal, and event-based personnel across a range of operational environments. Our team members bring experience from private security, military service, and law enforcement backgrounds, as well as prior assignments supporting corporate, industrial, retail, and construction sites.
Personnel are assigned based on site requirements and operational scope. Each deployment operates under defined post orders, reporting procedures, and supervisory oversight to ensure consistency and accountability.

Executive Protection Personnel

Discretion. Coordination. Controlled Operations.

For client privacy and operational security reasons, individual executive protection personnel are not publicly profiled.
Our executive protection assignments are supported by experienced security professionals, including individuals with prior military and law enforcement backgrounds. Services are delivered with discretion, structured planning, and coordinated communication to support client safety and confidentiality.

Supervisory Leadership

Site supervisors provide on-location leadership and coordination across client environments. Supervisors work closely with field support, operations management, HR, and administrative teams to maintain shift coverage, address site concerns, and ensure alignment with defined post orders and reporting procedures. Their role supports continuity, communication, and structured service delivery across single and multi-post assignments.

Tyrone Rodgers​
President & Chief Executive Officer


Tyrone Rodgers brings over 25 years of experience in security operations, executive protection, and personnel leadership. As President and CEO, he directs strategic planning, operational oversight, and coordinated personnel deployment across corporate, industrial, construction, event, and executive environments.
Before founding RSS, Tyrone served as a corrections officer, gaining experience in institutional security operations, crisis response, and high-risk settings. Earlier in his career, he spent 12 years as a professional athlete in the National Football League (NFL) and the Canadian Football League (CFL), where he developed discipline, strategic awareness, and team-based leadership—principles that continue to shape his executive approach.
At RSS, Tyrone maintains active oversight of operational logistics, site coordination, and executive protection planning. His experience includes protective services planning, large-scale event security coordination, and structured personnel deployment across varied operational environments. He emphasizes accountability, disciplined execution, and professional standards to support client safety and operational continuity, while fostering a culture of structure and team development within RSS.

Dwanna Smith
Director of Procurement & Strategic Alliances

Dwanna Smith oversees procurement coordination and strategic partnership development. She supports vendor engagement, subcontractor coordination, and operational sourcing aligned with company requirements and client contracts.
Working alongside executive leadership, she assists in identifying strategic alliances that expand operational capacity and support contract execution. She emphasizes accountability, transparency, and structured coordination in vendor and partner relationships.

Nicole Johnson
Business Development & Talent Coordinator


Nicole Johnson provides business development and talent support. She assists with prospect research, outreach coordination, lead tracking, and recruitment support to help strengthen client relationships and workforce readiness across local and regional operations. She holds a BA in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in HR.

Mykayla Webb provides administrative and event-based support. She assists with operational coordination, documentation management, and field communication to help ensure organized deployment and smooth on-site execution during local and regional assignments.
