Rodgers Security Solutions offers an independent, anonymous reporting channel, managed by Foreman & Associates LLC, a third-party reporting and compliance intake provider.
This external reporting process enables all employees, supervisors, and contractors to report concerns related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, safety issues, fraud, waste, abuse, wage concerns, or policy violations in a safe and confidential manner.
- No identifying data is collected
- No IP addresses or emails are stored
- Reports are confidentially reviewed by Foreman & Associates
- Credible concerns are forwarded to RSS leadership for appropriate action
- Retaliation is strictly prohibited
